After care advise

Home care tips after waxing.

  • Area waxed may be red for the next few hours.

  • Avoid touching the waxing skin: the empty follicles are easily infected by bacteria and need some time to settle down and close.

  • Avoid applying heat to the waxed area for 24 hours after treatment this includes hot showers and baths.

  • Avoid suntanning for 24hours

  • Allow 24hours before using glycolic treatments, exfoliating or using alpha-hydroxy acid.

  • Avoid applying highly fragrances products to the waxed area.

  • If any ingrown hairs have been removed redness to the area is normal for the next few days.

  • Do not go swimming, attend the gym or exercise until 24hrs after waxing.

  • Don’t wear tight or non-breathing clothes to avoid infection: waxed skin needs air.

Home care tips following a Lash lift/Brow Lamination

  • Avoid getting your lashes/brows wet for 24hrs after treatment.

  • Do not apply make up to the area for 24hrs after treatment.

  • Apply Nourishing lotion to the lashes/brows each day until sachet is finished.

  • Try to avoid rubbing or touching your lashes/brows to prolong treatment.
